2. NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM FUNDING Presentation regarding the Neighborhood Stabilization Program funding through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Staff will brief the Board on the identification of proposed areas of greatest need as well as recommendations for activities and funding amounts to address the issue of vacant and foreclosed residential homes and properties in the Urban County . Staff will summarize the actions taken to date to support the recommendations, address the public comment period, and highlight next steps in the funding process.
