59. AMENDED AND RESTATED IGA WITH THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Approve the Amended and Restated Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County and the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) of Maricopa Coun ty. Changes to the IGA include: removing specific references to Shelby Scharbach as the Executive Director of the IDA, clarification on the roles and responsibilities of the County and the IDA with regard to IDA employees, and new sections addressing prior ities and reporting requirements.
