50. AMENDMENT TO LEASE-PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH THE HUMAN SERVICES CAMPUS, INC. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, a Fifth Amendment to the Lease-Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) between the County and the Human Services Campus, Inc., as successor in interest to Human Service Campus LLC, to allow: i) real property identified as parcels APN 112-06-072, APN 112-06-073, APN 112-06-074, APN 112-05-109G, and APN 112-05-132 to be included as Leased Land as defined in the Agreement; ii) adjust the form of Deed to specify deed restrictions and account for modifications to the legal description of the real property; and iii) improvements situated on the subject parcels listed above to be included as Improvements as defined in the Agreement. In addition, the Fifth Amendment to the Agreement sets the amount of Base Rent and the amount of Additional Rent owed to Lessor by Lessee to the amounts paid to date, confirms the parties agree the Lessee’s option to purchase the Leased Property per Section 14 of the Agreement has been properly exercised, and specifies terms for transfer of the real property to the Human Services Campus, Inc. via Deed. Pursuant to the Agreement, as amended, APPROVE the conveyance of the subject parcels APN 112-06-091A, APN 112-06-072, APN 112-06-073, APN 112-06-074, APN 112-05-109G, and 112-05-132 to the Human Services Campus, Inc. without public auction, and AUTHORIZE the Chairman to execute all necessary documents to transfer the subject fixed asset to the Human Services Campus, Inc.
