TERMINATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH MARISOL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION Approve Amendment No. 2 to terminate Lease Agreement MC-10156 with Marisol Federal Credit Union (MCU) for use of County property at 3225 West Gibson Lane. The Lease, initiated April 12, 2006, was approved by the Board in agenda item C-18-06-037-1-00. MCU desires to terminate the lease upon mutual agreement of the parties via Amendment No. 2.
