80. AMENDMENT TO TELECOMMUNICATIONS OFFICE LEASE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Telecommunications Office Lease (MC-10161) between Maricopa County, as successor to Telecom Center Phoenix, LLC, and AT&T Operations, Inc. as successor by merger to SBC Telecommunications, LLC, reorganized from SBC Telecommunications, Inc. Amendment No. 1 extends the term of the subject lease agreement 114 days; beginning September 9, 2010 and running through December 31, 2010. In addition, the Hold-Over provision and the Option Right provision are deleted through this Amendment No. 1. (C-18-06-049-1-02)
