56. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA GAME AND FISH DEPARTMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1 to License Agreement for Use of Real Property, P-50115, with Arizona Game and Fish Department (AZGFD), (Licensee). The Agreement is for continued use of the County’s Administration building to house a falcon nest box above the 10th floor in furtherance of the AZGFD’s Urban Wildlife Program. The amendment will create a new term of two years and allow for four (4) automatic two-year renewals. The term will commence upon Board approval and expire December 31, 2017. The previous term was undefined and evergreen. The Amendment also updates notice addresses for both Licensor and Licensee, and allows for upgrading certain equipment to allow public viewing of the nest box as provided for in the original Agreement. Either Party may terminate the Agreement with 90-day written notice to the other. (C-18-07-018-0-01)
