61. AMENDMENTS TO LEASE-PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY PUBLIC FINANCE CORPORATION TO RELEASE PARCELS FOR COUNTY USE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendments to Lease-Purchase Agreement, dated as of June 1, 2001, as previously amended, between Maricopa County, as Lessee, and the Maricopa County Public Finance Corporation (PFC), as Lessor, to release certain parcels for County use. The requested Amendments would release parcels located in Phoenix and Avondale from a Lease-Purchase Agreement to make such parcels available to the County for construction projects and other County uses.
