LEASE AGREEMENT WITH BRIDGING AZ FURNITURE BANK Approve Lease Agreement No. MC10182 with Bridging AZ Furniture Bank (Bridging), an Arizona Not-For-Profit organization, to utilize approximately 10,000 square feet of warehouse space at the County owned facility located at 1920 S. Lewis, Mesa, AZ. Bridging will temporarily utilize the facility “as is” at a rental rate of $1.00 per year and with no cost to the County. The term of the license will be for one-year with no options to renew. The proposed lease will be advertised in accordance with A.R.S. 11-256.01(B). (C-18-09-013-1-00)

AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH BRIDGING AZ FURNITURE BANK Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, Amendment Number 1 to Lease Agreement No. MC10182 with Bridging AZ Furniture Bank (Bridging), an Arizona Not-For-Profit organization, for use of approximately 10,000 square feet of warehouse space at the County-owned facility located at 1920 S. Lewis, Mesa, AZ. Bridging AZ will temporally utilize the facility “as is” at a use fee of $1.00 per year. Bridging AZ will pay operational costs associated with its use of the subject space. This Amendment Number 1 will extend the term of the lease for one year with no option to renew. (C-18-09-013-1-01)

Approve and execute Amendment No. 2 to Lease Agreement between Bridging AZ Furniture Bank Inc., and Maricopa County for 10,000 square feet of storage space at a Maricopa County owned facility located at 1920 W. Lewis, Mesa, AZ, for furniture storage. Amendment No. 2 to the Lease Agreement extends the term of the agreement for 12 months. Maricopa County retains the right to terminate the agreement with 30-days written notice. (C-18-09-013-1-02)

29. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH BRIDGING AZ FURNITURE BANK, INC. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 3 to Lease Agreement No. MC10182 with Bridging AZ Furniture Bank (Bridging), an Arizona not-for-profit organization, to extend the term of the lease. Bridging AZ Furniture Bank utilizes approximately 10,000 square feet of warehouse space at the Maricopa County owned facility located at 1920 S. Lewis, Mesa, AZ. The rental fee is $1.00 per year plus the Lessee’s proportionate share of utility expenses. The renewal term will commence November 15, 2011 and expire November 14, 2012. Maricopa County may terminate this Lease with a 30-day written notice to the Lessee. (C-18-09-013-1-03)
