56. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE ISSUANCE OF VARIABLE RATE DEMAND REVENUE BONDS (VALLEY OF THE SUN YMCA PROJECT) SERIES 2008 Adopt a Resolution approving the proceedings of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa , Arizona for the issuance of its Variable Rate Demand Revenue Bonds (Valley of the Sun YMCA Project) Series 2008, to be issued in one or more series in an amount not-to-exceed $30,000,000 aggregate principal amount. This item is being considering by the Board of Supervisors solely to satisfy the public approval requirement of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the requirement of A.R.S. §35-721B, that the Board of Supervisors approve the proceedings under which bonds of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa are issued.
