37. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE SILVER SPOON CAFÉ, LLC FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE STATION Approve License Agreement No. P50122 with The Silver Spoon Café, LLC allowing the placement of a food and beverage station in the second floor area of the Maricopa County Department of Transportation Building located at 2901 W. Durango Street , Phoenix , Arizona . The term of the license shall be for one year. Licensee may have the option to renew the term of this license one time for a period of one year. The License shall be revocable and may be canceled by Licensor or Licensee upon giving a 30-day written notice of revocation. The Licensee shall pay a one-time license fee of $10.00 as adequate consideration for entering into this agreement. Licensee agrees to install and maintain, at Licensee’s sole cost and expense, all necessary trade fixtures pertaining to this business operation and shall also obtain all applicable permits and operating licenses as required.
