59. AMENDMENT TO FACILITY USE AGREEMENT WITH THE MARICOPA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT FOR THE USE OF PROPERTY FOR STORAGE AT THE PNI BUILDING Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a one-year renewal of Facilities Use Agreement G-30121 between Maricopa County Library District (“District”) and Maricopa County (“County”) for the District’s use of County property at 1920 South Lewis in Mesa. This one-year renewal of Agreement G-30121 will allow the District continued use of approximately 4,000 square feet of storage space within the County-owned facility at 1920 S. Lewis in Mesa. The term of the one-year renewal will begin May 18, 2012 and expire May 17, 2013. The District will reimburse the County $2,000 for the cost of utilities associated with the District’s use of the space during the renewal term. 39. AMENDMENT TO FACILITY USE AGREEMENT NO. G-30121 WITH MARICOPA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT Approve, Amendment No. 2, the renewal of a Facilities Use Agreement (G-30121) between Maricopa County Library District (“District”) and Maricopa County (“County”) for the use of Maricopa County property for storage at the PNI Building located at 1920 South Lewis in Mesa, AZ. The renewal of Facilities Use Agreement No. G30121 will allow the District the continued use of approximately 4,000 square feet of storage space in the PNI Building to store library fixtures, furniture and equipment. The current agreement provides for three 1-year renewal options, this is the second one-year renewal. The District will reimburse the County a minimum of $2,000 for the cost of utilities associated with the District’s use of the space during this one-year renewal term. Renewal of Facilities Use Agreement No. G30121 will allow the District continued use of approximately 4,000 square feet of storage space in the PNI warehouse Building to store library fixtures, furniture and equipment. The current agreement is the last of three (3) options to renew and expires May 17, 2015. The amendment No. 4 will extend the term approximately two (2) years, expiring May 30, 2017. The District will reimburse the County $2,000 per year for the cost of utilities associated with the District’s use of the space. AMENDMENT TO FACILITY USE AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT FOR USE OF SPACE Approve and execute Amendment No. 5 to Intergovernmental Facilities Use Agreement (G-30121) between Maricopa County Library District (“District”) and Maricopa County (“County”) for use of the County PNI Warehouse for storage of District property, located at 1920 South Lewis in Mesa. Renewal of Facilities Use Agreement No. G30121 will allow the District continued use of County warehouse storage space in the PNI warehouse building to store library fixtures, furniture and equipment. The square footage will be reduced from 4,000 to 2,000. The annual utility reimbursement from the District will be reduced from $2,000.00 to $700.00. The current agreement expires May 30, 2017. Amendment No. 5 will extend the term two (2) years and expire May 30, 2019. Either party may terminate the Agreement with a 90-day written notice to the other.
