140. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR ISSUANCE OF ITS COMMUNITY SERVICES FACILITIES REVENUE BONDS (MARC CENTER OF MESA, INC. PROJECT), SERIES 2009 Adopt a Resolution approving the proceedings of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa for the issuance of its Community Services Facilities Revenue Bonds (Marc Center of Mesa, Inc. Project), Series 2009, to be issued in one or more series in an amount not to exceed $14,000,000 aggregate principal amount. This item is being considered by the Board of Supervisors solely to satisfy the public approval requirement of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the requirement of A.R.S. §35-721B, that the Board of Supervisors approve the proceedings under which bonds of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa are issued.
