50. LEASE AGREEMENT WITH HHLUHRS, LLC FOR USE OF PARKING SPACES Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute lease agreement L-7411 with HHLuhrs, LLC, as Lessor, for the use of 19 reserved parking spaces, for up to 30 months, on the first floor of the Luhr’s parking garage at 195 S. 1st Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85003. Closure of Madison Street between 1st and 3rd Avenues for the construction of the Court Tower project will eliminate parking locations along Madison Street currently being used to park up to 19 Sheriff’s Office vehicles. The parking spaces in the Luhr’s garage will replace the 19 parking spaces along Madison Street which are currently used for Sheriff’s Office vehicles. The leased parking spaces will be available on a 24-hour per day, 7-days per week basis at a monthly cost of $100.00 per parking space, plus tax. (C-18-10-029-1-00)

AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH HHLUHRS, LLC FOR USE OF PARKING SPACES Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Lease Agreement L-7411 between Maricopa County, as Lessee, and HHLuhrs, LLC as Lessor for parking at the Luhrs Garage at 195 S. 1st Avenue in Phoenix, AZ. Amendment No. 1 of Lease Agreement L-7411 authorizes the Lessor to designate to Lessee that Lessee’s payments required by the Agreement be made directly payable to the Lessor’s garage manager. 28. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH HHLUHRS, LLC FOR USE OF PARKING SPACES Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 2 to Lease Agreement L-7411 between Maricopa County, as Lessee, and HHLuhrs, LLC as Lessor for parking at the Luhrs Garage at 195 S. 1st Avenue in Phoenix, AZ. Amendment No. 2 of Lease Agreement L-7411 extends the term of the lease agreement through January 31, 2014, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the Agreement. Amendment No. 2 also sets the monthly rental for the 19 spaces at $100.00 per Parking Space from March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2013, and $110.00 per Parking Space from March 1, 2013, through January 31, 2014. In addition, Amendment No. 2 modifies the Agreement whereby the Parking Spaces are non-reserved and on such floors within the Garage to be designated to Lessee by Lessor or the Garage Manager at the sole discretion of Lessor or Garage Manager.
