USE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR COURT TOWER PROJECT Authorize the execution and delivery of a license agreement between Maricopa County and the Gilbane Building Company for its use of a portion of real property held in the name of the Maricopa County Public Finance Corporation and leased to Maricopa County at the southeast corner of 7th Avenue and Jefferson Street and the northwest corner of 5th Avenue and Jackson Street in Phoenix, Arizona (APN 112-19-127) for staging materials and parking associated with the construction of the new Court Tower Project. This agenda item is subject to the review and approval of the final form of the license agreement by assigned outside counsel. (C-18-10-030-8-00)
