74. UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR NEW COURT TOWER Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251 (9) and without public auction, approve and authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute all necessary and reasonable utility easements, which are approved as to form by the Board’s legal counsel, for the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead and underground utilities and appurtenant facilities for the New Court Tower. THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD. (C-18-10-036-8-00)
