UTILITY EASEMENT TO ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY FOR WHITE TANK LIBRARY Approve and authorize the granting of a Utility Easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), to Arizona Public Service Company (APS), its successors and assigns, in consideration of one dollar ($1.00), to construct, operate and maintain overhead and underground electric lines and appurtenant facilities to provide electrical service for the new White Tank Library, and authorize the Chairman to execute the necessary Utility Easement approved as to form by legal counsel to Maricopa County.
