36. UTILITY EASEMENT TO ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY FOR THE CAVE CREEK WASTE DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING CENTER Approve and authorize the granting of a Utility Easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), to Arizona Public Service Company (APS), its successors and assigns, in consideration of one dollar ($1.00), to construct operate and maintain overhead and underground electrical lines and appurtenant facilities to provide electrical service for the Cave Creek Waste Disposal and Recycling Center, and authorize the Chairman to execute the necessary Utility Easement approved as to form by legal counsel to Maricopa County. Approve and authorize the granting of a Utility Easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), to Arizona Public Service Company (APS), for electrical service to the Cave Creek Waste Disposal and Recycling Center and authorize the Chairman to execute the necessary Utility Easement approved as to form by legal counsel to Maricopa County.
