EASEMENT AND AGREEMENT FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES FOR A PUBLIC ROAD AT USERY MOUNTAIN REGIONAL PARK Approve and authorize the granting of an Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes, in consideration of forty-three thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($43,450.00), to construct, operate, and maintain a public road at Usery Mountain Regional Park, and authorize the Chairman to execute the necessary easement approved by County Counsel.
