54. RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT TO THE DEFERRED COMPENSATION COMMITTEE Accept the resignation of Rick Bohan and approve the appointment of Irma Hollamby to the Deferred Compensation Committee representing District 4. The term of the appointment is effective as of April 28, 2010. Ms. Hollamby will serve at the pleasure of the Board. Mr. Bohan is resigning from the Deferred Compensation Committee. Supervisor Wilson has appointed Ms. Hollamby to replace Mr. Bohan on the Deferred Compensation Committee effective April 28, 2010. (C-18-10-046-9-00)
