69. QUITCLAIM DEED FOR CREATING A LOT SPLIT AT THE NEW RIVER LANDFILL Approve and authorize a Quitclaim Deed from Maricopa County, as grantor, to Maricopa County, as grantee, for the purpose of creating a lot split at the New River Landfill, whereas eight (8) acres of land not used as a landfill by the Solid Waste Department, will be now used by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT), to construct, operate, and maintain a maintenance facility, in consideration of $88,000.00, to be paid by MCDOT, and authorize the Chairman to execute the necessary Quitclaim Deed approved by Maricopa County Counsel. Funds are available in the Public Works (910) Transportation Capital Projects Fund (234) Pavement Preservation (PAVE) Project Bin, Sub-Project Number T274, Northeast Maintenance Yard.
