70. DECLARE AS SURPLUS PROPERTY SIX MODULAR UNITS AT WIC FACILITY Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251(9), declare as surplus property six modular units identified as MT158-1, MT158-2, MT158-3, R-6090-3684-4, R-6090-3684-5 and R-6090-3684-6 located on leased property at 1260 S. 7th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona and authorize disposal of the subject modular units. The six modular units at Maricopa County’s Public Health Women Infants Children (WIC) facility at 1260 S. 7th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona cannot be effectively maintained due to the age and obsolescence of the units. The subject units were second-hand units in 1992 when they were moved to the 7th Avenue WIC site. Disposal of the modular units is necessary to make way for replacement units. (C-18-10-049-M-00)
