DENY A CLAIM OF OWNERSHIP BY WISOTSKY PROPERTIES, LLC Deny a claim of ownership by Wisotsky Properties, LLC dated April 21, 2010, for real property located within Block 59 of the Original Phoenix Townsite and direct legal counsel to notify Wisotsky Properties, LLC, via its attorneys Baird Williams & Greer LLP, of Maricopa County’s rejection of said claim of ownership and direct legal counsel to take all necessary legal action to defend and protect the County’s real property rights with respect to County-owned property located within Block 59 of the Original Phoenix Townsite.
