93. ELECTION OF DIRECTORS FOR MARICOPA COUNTY PUBLIC FINANCE CORPORATION Approve the election of Shelby Scharbach, John Lewis, and Dennis Lindsey as directors of the Maricopa County Public Finance Corporation (PFC). The terms will commence on the date of Board of Supervisors approval and are effective to the PFC’s next annual meeting. PFC is an Arizona nonprofit corporation formed in 1994 to assist the County with its financing needs. Recent voluntary resignations by two board members with expiring terms have made it necessary for new directors to be elected. The PFC approved the election of the above named members on June 16, 2010. The articles of incorporation and bylaws provide that the election of directors is subject to approval of the Board of Supervisors. (C-18-10-054-M-00)
