PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT AT THE QUEEN CREEK LANDFILL Approve and authorize the granting of a Permanent Drainage Easement, at the Queen Creek Landfill, to the benefit of Flood Control District of Maricopa County, in consideration of $62,211.00, and authorize the Chairman to execute the necessary documents approved by Maricopa County’s legal counsel. The subject Permanent Drainage Easement is necessary for the Sonoqui Wash Channelization Phase II project at the Queen Creek Landfill. (C-18-10-059-M-00)
