AMENDMENT TO ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR AIR QUALITY MONITORS AT FIRE STATION NO. 27 Approve the Third Amendment to City of Phoenix Access Agreement No. 129098-003 between the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County for Air Quality Monitors at City of Phoenix Fire Station No. 27, located at 12449 N. 32nd Street, Phoenix. Supervisor District 3. The term of the Access Agreement is hereby extended for five (5) years beginning June 29, 2025, and ending June 28, 2030. Unless terminated earlier as provided for in the Agreement. (C-18-11-003-3-04)
