50. ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR AIR QUALITY MONITORS AT FIRE STATION NO. 27 Approve and execute an Access Agreement (G-30126) with City of Phoenix for Air Quality Monitors at Fire Station No. 27 at 12449 North 32nd Street in Phoenix, AZ. The term of the Agreement is for five years. Either Maricopa County or the City of Phoenix may terminate the Agreement with 30-days prior written notice. The Agreement may be extended for five one-year option terms. The City of Phoenix will provide the site to Maricopa County at nominal cost. Maricopa County will be responsible for utilities to operate the Air Quality Monitor site. (C-18-11-003-3-00)

ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR AIR QUALITY MONITORS AT FIRE STATION NO. 27 Approve an administrative correction to agenda item C-18-11-003-3-00 by changing the previously assigned agreement tracking number (G-30126) for a license agreement with City of Phoenix for access to Fire Station No. 27, for the purpose of maintaining an Air Quality Monitor station at the subject site, to the corrected agreement tracking number of G-30129. 32. AMENDMENT TO ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR AIR QUALITY MONITORS AT FIRE STATION NO. 27 Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1 to Access Agreement for Air Quality Monitors at Fire Station No. 27, located at 12449 N. 32nd Street, Phoenix, between the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County. The License Agreement is for access to Fire Station No. 27 for continued use of their site for air quality monitoring purposes. The term will commence June 29, 2015 and expire June 28, 2020, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the Agreement. There is no cost to the County for use of the site The County is responsible for the cost of utilities to its equipment. Either Party may terminate the Agreement with a 30-day notice to the other party. (C-18-11-003-3-02)

AMENDMENT TO ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR AIR QUALITY MONITORS AT FIRE STATION NO. 27 Approve the Third Amendment to City of Phoenix Access Agreement No. 129098-003 between the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County for Air Quality Monitors at City of Phoenix Fire Station No. 27, located at 12449 N. 32nd Street, Phoenix. Supervisor District 3. The term of the Access Agreement is hereby extended for five (5) years beginning June 29, 2025, and ending June 28, 2030. Unless terminated earlier as provided for in the Agreement. (C-18-11-003-3-04)
