47. QUEEN CREEK LANDFILL EASEMENT AND AGREEMENT FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES Approve and authorize the granting of an Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes and a Temporary Construction Easement at the Queen Creek Landfill, to the benefit of Maricopa County Department of Transportation, in consideration of $9,544.00, and authorize the Chairman to execute any other necessary documents approved by the County’s legal counsel. The subject Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes and Temporary Construction Easement are necessary for the Sonoqui Wash Channelization Phase II project at the Queen Creek Landfill.
