4. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH GRANT PARK ENTERPRISES, LLC, FOR GENERAL ELECTION PARKING SPACES Approve a License Agreement with Grant Park Enterprises, LLC, for temporary use from November 3, 2010 through November 12, 2010, of parking spaces at Lots 7 through 12, inclusive, MONTGOMERY ADDITION AMENDED, plus the applicable portions of the abandoned alley in Block 5. This temporary parking license agreement is required to provide additional parking to meet a portion of the parking demands for staff and volunteers working the upcoming general election. The term of the license will commence on November 3, 2010 and expire on November 12, 2010. In exchange for nominal consideration of $1.00, the license agreement will allow Maricopa County to use, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, the parking lot on the south half of the block 5 bounded by 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue, Lincoln Street and Grant Street, in Phoenix.
