52. PURCHASE SALE AGREEMENT WITH LIBERTY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT #25 Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Purchase Sale Agreement with Liberty Elementary School District #25 (District) and authorize the Chairman to execute all documents necessary to convey Maricopa County’s interest in APN parcel 400-66-076 to the District via quitclaim deed. The subject Purchase Sale Agreement between Maricopa County and the District will quitclaim Maricopa County’s interest in property identified as APN 400-66-076 to the District in exchange for $3,000. The transfer costs and closing costs are not-to-exceed $3,000. (C-18-11-011-8-00)
