35. IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR USE OF PARKING SPACE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, an Intergovernmental Agreement (Agreement) with the Arizona Department of Corrections (Department) for the Department’s use of one parking space at the Northeast Regional Court Complex at 18380 North 40th Street in Phoenix, AZ. For consideration of one dollar ($1.00), this Agreement (P-50144) authorizes the Department of Corrections to park a Department vehicle at the Northwest Regional Court Complex during off-duty hours. The term of the Agreement will be for one year from the date of execution and either party may terminate the agreement with 10-days prior written notice. (C-18-11-012-3-00)

AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR USE OF PARKING SPACE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1 to IGA No. P50144 with Arizona Department of Corrections, (ADC), for ADC’s use of one parking space located at the Maricopa County Northeast Regional Court Complex, 18380 North 40th Street, Phoenix, AZ. This amendment will extend the term of the existing Agreement from December 1, 2011 to November 30, 2012. The annual rental rate is $1.00. (C-18-11-012-3-01)
