35. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR RECEPRICAL USE OF OFFICE SPACE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, License Agreement P-50152 with Cavco Industries, Inc. (Cavco) for reciprocal use of available conference room space within the leased premises at 1001 N. Central in Phoenix, AZ. License Agreement P-50152 authorizes the Maricopa County Air Quality Department to use conference room space as deemed available by Cavco within Cavco’s leased premises at 1001 N. Central in Phoenix, AZ. Similarly, the license agreement authorizes Cavco to use conference room space as deemed available by Maricopa County, through its Air Quality Department, within the County’s leased premises at 1001 N. Central. The term of the license agreement will be for one-year unless extended by mutual agreement of the parties. Either party may terminate the license agreement with 30-day prior written notice. 46. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CAVCO INDUSTRIES, INC. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 3 to License P-50152 with CAVCO Industries, Inc. for non-exclusive reciprocal use of conference rooms located at 1001 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. Amendment No. 3 will extend the term of the agreement from February 1, 2014 through January 31, 2015. Either party may terminate the License with a 30-day written notice. There is no cost to either party. (C-18-11-020-L-03)
