36. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH RUMMEL CONSTRUCTION FOR DEPOSIT OF EXCAVATED SOIL Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute License Agreement P-50153 with Rummel Construction, Inc. for the deposit of approximately 50,000 cubic yards of excavated soil from the Sonoqui Wash Channelization Phase II project onto the Queen Creek Landfill site at 26402 South Hawes Road in Queen Creek, AZ. License Agreement P-50153 authorizes Rummel Construction, Inc. to deposit approximately 50,000 cubic yards of excavated soil onto the Queen Creek Landfill site. The excavated soil will come from the Sonoqui Wash Channelization Phase II project and all soil deposited at the landfill must meet Maricopa County specifications as established in the License Agreement. The Licensee will be responsible for all testing to ensure quality control of the fill material. (C-18-11-021-L-00)
