ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHRISTIAN RELIEF SERVICES Adopt a resolution approving the Reissuance of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa’s Tax-Exempt Multifamily Housing Revenue Refunding Bonds (GNMA Collateralized – Pine Ridge, Cambridge Court, Cove on 44th and Fountain Place Apartments Projects), Series 2001A-1, in a principal amount not to exceed $23,115,000, and for the purpose of satisfying Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
