ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE DOCUMENT FROM EJM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an acknowledgement, agreement and acceptance document from EJM Development Company, Reviewer, as required in the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Maricopa County-owned property at 2656 N. 37th Avenue in Phoenix. Execution of the subject document is required in accordance with the governing CC&R’s prior to Maricopa County’s installation of decomposed granite and steel edging at the Maricopa County-owned facility at 2656 N. 37th Avenue in Phoenix.
