55. BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT PERMIT FOR ROAD EASEMENT TO CAVE CREEK TRANSFER STATION AND CLOSED LANDFILL Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute all documents necessary for the renewal of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Permit A-16383 for a road easement to the Cave Creek Transfer Station and closed landfill. BLM permit A-16383 is set to expire on, or about, August 12, 2011. This agenda item authorizes the necessary actions to renew the subject BLM permit for a road easement to access the Cave Creek Transfer Station and closed landfill. (C-18-11-034-8-00)
