A-1. NEGOTIATION OF REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION Approve and authorize the Real Estate Manager to determine the feasibility of acquiring the real property, and improvements thereon, for Maricopa County use at the following locations: 1) 4145 & 4147 E Baseline Road in Gilbert; 2) 700 & 710 N. Cooper Road in Gilbert; 3) 159 S. Power Road in Mesa, 4) 690 E. Warner Blvd in Mesa; and 5) 1755 S. Val Vista Drive in Mesa. Further, authorize the Real Estate Manager to discuss and enter into negotiations with the respective property owner(s) and/or owner representative(s) to acquire the real property that is best suited for Maricopa County purposes. The terms of the final purchase agreement are subject to the approval of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. (C-18-11-035-8-00)
