52. SITE SPECIFIC SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF MESA AND ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR THOMPSON PEAK COMMUNICATIONS SITE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute all documents associated with, Site Specific Supplemental Agreement G-30136 as part of the master Intergovernmental Agreement G-30129 with the City of Mesa and the Site Specific Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with the Arizona Department of Public Safety to allow construction and installation of communications facilities at the Thompson Peak communications site. This site specific supplemental agreement allows the City of Mesa (Mesa) and the Arizona Department of Transportation (DPS) to jointly design, construct and install a new communications tower and an adjacent equipment building at the Maricopa County-owned communication site atop Thompson Peak. Mesa and DPS will be responsible for the installation of all communication equipment attached to the new tower and installed within the new equipment building. (C-18-12-004-3-00)
