AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK Approve and execute Amendment No. 7 to Non-Exclusive License Agreement P-50188 with the Town of Queen Creek (Licensor) for non-exclusive use of two (2) parking spaces on Town property at 22358 South Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ, for the purpose of parking County owned vehicles overnight and County employee personal vehicles during work hours. The current Agreement expires on September 30, 2021. This amendment will extend the term two (2) years, commencing on October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2023 at no cost to County. This Agreement as amended is subject to termination pursuant to A.R.S. §38-511. Either Party may terminate the Agreement upon 30-days written notice to the other.
