44. RESOLUTION TO RENOUNCE AND DISCLAIM WARRANTY DEED Approve and adopt the attached Resolution renouncing any and all rights, interest, and or title in or over the real property described in Warranty Deed recorded in the office of the Maricopa County Recorder in instrument number 1969-0090408, and authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Disclaimer of Real Property Interest and Renunciation of Deed and any other required documents approved by legal counsel for the Board of Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors never took action to accept the transfer of ownership for the subject property known as Lot three (3), Block five (5) of AMENDED PLAT OF ALLENVILLE, (APN 400-40-012), located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Morton H. Sedman and Millie Sedman, husband and wife, and, Yale Sedman and Ann Sedman, husband and wife, conveyed the property without Maricopa County’s knowledge. This Board action will disclaim any interest in the property and will renounce the Warranty Deed. (C-18-12-010-M-00)
