91. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PHOENIX Approve and execute Amendment No. 7 to License Agreement P-50189 with City of Phoenix for continued access and use of County owned properties. This amendment extends the term of the License for five (5) years; provides for termination language, grants one renewal option of five (5) years; updates Licensor’s notice address, and updates EXHIBIT “A”.
