111. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50185 FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY Approve and execute Amendment No. 8 to License Agreement P-50185 with Eduardo Haramina, dba Ed the Hotdogger (Licensee), for the use of Maricopa County (Licensor) property located at the southwest corner of 1st Avenue and Jefferson Street in downtown Phoenix. Since the agreement will require administrative action, authorize the Deputy County Manager or the County Real Estate Director to properly administer this License. This Amendment will extend the term for a two-year period commencing on January 1, 2021 and expiring on December 31, 2022, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the agreement. The annual, non-refundable license fee of $500.00 remains the same. Due to the planned Valley Metro Light Rail construction project, at Licensor’s sole discretion, Licensor may temporarily relocate the Use Area (as needed) and will provide, whenever feasible, a 2-day written notice to Licensee or, if necessary, to suspend the Operation upon a ten (10) day written notice to Licensee until such time construction is completed. Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice to the other, or pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511. This action takes place in Supervisory District 5. (C-18-12-012-3-08)
