45. SRP EASEMENT Approve and authorize the granting of a Utility Easement, without a public auction pursuant to ARS 11-251 (9), to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP), its successors and assigns, in consideration of one dollar ($1.00), to construct, install, reconstruct, replace, remove, repair, operate, and maintain underground electric conductors, conduits, pipes, cables, vaults, pads, switching equipment, enclosures, manholes, transformers, and other appliances to provide electrical service to the Maricopa County-owned facility at 358 East Javelina in Mesa, and authorize the Chairman to execute the necessary Utility Easement approved as to form by legal counsel to Maricopa County. THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD. This easement is necessary to allow for an upgraded electrical utility service to the Maricopa County-owned property at 358 E. Javelina in Mesa. The upgraded service is required as a result of the facility renovation being completed by Community Bridges to transition the subject property into a Behavioral Health Triage facility.
