42. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIONS Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for a License and Fee Agreement, No. P10170, with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (Licensee) for non-exclusive use of a 7.5-foot telephone rack in the communications building and tower atop Thompson Peak, AZ. The renewal term for the subject license agreement will commence on October 1, 2011, and terminate on September 30, 2016. Either party upon thirty-day written notice may terminate the license agreement. The Licensee will reimburse Licensor $900.00 for each repeater per year at the facility. The number of repeaters (receiver and transmitter) increases from four (4) to nine (9) effective October 1, 2011. The US Marshalls Service, Drug Enforcement Agency, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives will use the new frequencies controlled and maintained by the Licensee. (C-18-12-021-3-00)
