63. RESOLUTION REGARDING AMENDMENT OF DOCUMENTS RELATING TO BONDS ISSUED FOR THE BENEFIT OF MARC CENTER OF MESA, INC Adopt a Resolution approving proceedings of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa which authorizes and approves certain amendments to financing documents relating to The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa Community Services Facilities Revenue Bonds (Marc Center of Mesa, Inc. Project) Series 2009A and Series 2009B, issued in an aggregate principal amount of $9,120,929; and approving for purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, the reissuance for federal tax purposes of the above-described bonds. This matter is to amend certain documents relating to bonds that were issued for the benefit of Marc Center of Mesa, Inc. by The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa after being approved by the Board of Supervisors and the Authority in 2009.
