57. NON-EXCLUSIVE COX EASEMENT FOR COAX Approve a Non-Exclusive Easement, without a public auction pursuant to ARS 11-251 (9), to the benefit of Cox Communications Arizona , LLC (Cox), its affiliates, successors and assigns, in consideration of one dollar ($1.00), to construct, place, operate, inspect, maintain, repair, replace, and remove coax telecommunications facilities as Cox may from time-to-time require for servicing the Human Service Campus, and authorize the Chairman to execute the necessary Non-Exclusive Easements approved as to form by legal counsel to the County. THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD. The subject Non-Exclusive Easements are required so that Cox can provide coax service to the Human Service Campus at Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS) request. The Human Service Campus, LLC concurs with the proposed easements. (C-18-12-034-3-00)
