58. NON-EXCLUSIVE COX EASEMENT FOR FIBER Approve a Non-Exclusive Easement, without a public auction pursuant to ARS 11-251 (9), to the benefit of Cox Communications Arizona , LLC (Cox), its affiliates, successors and assigns, in consideration of one dollar ($1.00), to construct, place, operate, inspect, maintain, repair, replace, and remove fiber telecommunications facilities as Cox may from time-to-time require for servicing the Human Service Campus, and authorize the Chairman to execute the necessary Non-Exclusive Easements approved as to form by legal counsel to the County. THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD. The subject Non-Exclusive Easements are required so that Cox can provide fiber service to the Human Service Campus at the request of Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS). The Human Service Campus, LLC concurs with the proposed easements. (C-18-12-035-3-00)
