A-1. APPROVE PURCHASE SALE AGREEMENT WITH HICKMAN'S EGG RANCH, INC. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, a purchase sale agreement with Hickman’s Egg Ranch, Inc. for the sale of parcel APN 401-30-015-C which was offered for sale through a public auction process conducted on June 4, 2012; and authorize the Chairman to execute all documents, covenants, and agreements associated with the sale of the subject real property. Hickman’s Egg Ranch, Inc. is the successful bidder through a public auction process whereby Parcel APN 401-30-015-C was offered for sale on June 4, 2012. The winning bid amount is $205,001.00.
