41. GRANT IRRIGATION EASEMENT AT DURANGO TO SALT RIVER PROJECT Approve and authorize the granting of an irrigation easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), in consideration of $1.00, to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP), its successors and assigns, to construct, reconstruct, operate and maintain an irrigation pipeline and irrigation turnout structure together with all necessary and appurtenant facilities through, over, under, and across Maricopa County-owned property north of Lower Buckeye Road between 27th Avenue and 35th Avenue in Phoenix, AZ, and also authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute all necessary documents approved by County Counsel to grant such easement. THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS. (C-18-12-050-3-00)
