39. REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF SCOTTSDALE FOR RADIO AMPLIFICATION EQUIPMENT Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, License Agreement P-50217 between Maricopa County and City of Scottsdale on behalf of the Scottsdale Police Department, as Licensee, to utilize Maricopa County property for the installation of radio signal amplification equipment at the northeast Scottsdale/Tempe Adult Probation site. The subject license agreement permits Scottsdale to use a portion of Maricopa County-owned property at 8230 East Butherus Drive, Scottsdale, APN 215-55-040A, for the installation of a bi-directional radio amplifier to enhance radio communications, public safety and security for the Scottsdale Police Department within the facility. The initial term of the license will begin upon approval by the Board of Supervisors and expire on December 31, 2014. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30-day written notice. The agreement will automatically renew for up to five (5) additional twenty-four month terms unless cancelled by either party by giving six (6) months prior written notice.
