50. IGA WITH THE TOWN OF GILBERT TO EXCHANGE RIGHT OF WAY Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Town of Gilbert (Gilbert) for the exchange of right-of-way within parcels 304-41-009 and 304-42-012L. Authorize the Chairman to execute all documents, approved by Maricopa County Counsel, necessary to complete the subject right-of-way exchange. Authorize publication of the required public notice for the proposed right-of-way exchange pursuant to ARS 11-251 (44). The subject exchange will resolve right-of-way inconsistencies associated with parcels 304-41-009 and 304-42-012L. Maricopa County will convey to Gilbert a right-of-way easement (totaling approximately 2.94 acres) within parcels 304-41-009 and 304-42-012L. In exchange, Gilbert will abandon, to the benefit of Maricopa County, certain existing right-of-way (totaling approximately 2.97 acres) within the same subject parcels. (C-18-13-006-3-00)
