LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50222 WITH ZAYO GROUP, LLC Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, License Agreement P-50222 with Zayo Group, LLC, as Licensee, for Licensee’s use of co-location space within the Maricopa County-owned facility at 301 South 4th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. License Agreement P-50222 permits Zayo Group, LLC (Zayo) to operate and maintain a telecommunication and network system co-location facility at 301 S. 4th Avenue in Phoenix. Zayo provides fiber and network services to Maricopa County and other third-party entities. The term of the subject license will begin upon Maricopa County’s execution of the agreement and will expire on January 31, 2014, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the agreement. Amendment No. 1 to License Agreement P-50222 permits Zayo Group, LLC (Zayo) to operate and maintain a telecommunication and network system co-location facility at 301 S. 4th Avenue in Phoenix through June 30, 2015. Zayo provides fiber and network services to Maricopa County and other third-party entities. The term extension will begin February 1, 2014, and will expire on January 31, 2015, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the agreement. The license fee for the term extension is $2,000.
